Shipment processing times
When an item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Made-to-order products have longer lead times, this includes rings that have been sized to fit. For bespoke or personalised jewellery lead times, please read the product description. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping method
UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail.
The shipping method for international orders will depend on the product and country.
Collections
Jewellery can be collected from Elizabeth Terzza in Hereford. Please email hello@elizabethterzza.com and we can discuss a collection date.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Elizabeth Terzza is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
Damages
Elizabeth Terzza is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
